A safe patrolled beach with a consistent sand bar. Has a surf club restaurant toilets showers. Is named on signage as "Rainbow Beach"

This is my home beach where I spent a lot of time growing up and even patrolling it as a member of the local surf club. The beach stretches from Bonny Hills to Lake Cathie on the NSW Mid North Coast and is great for a safe swim or a morning and evening walk
